:: Goto the tools menu, and click Email Accounts ::


:: Select "Add new email account" and Click Next ::


:: Select POP3 and click Next ::


:: Enter the approriate information and click More Settings ::


:: Goto the Outgoing Server tab and enter your information ::


:: Click Finish ::
